When I first started working with Bobbi, I was in the beginning stages of starting and running a nonprofit. I was learning as I went and not very confident in my abilities to do what I felt I had been called to do. Bobbi gave me the tools I needed to determine my vision, mission, and purpose. To this day, I recite those goals to help keep me focused and the perspective necessary to do what God has called me to do. Our time together was very intentional. No time was wasted and I got so much out of each of our sessions together. She helped me discover how I personally was made to change the world and how to balance my life purpose with all of the other roles in my life. I had more confidence in my role as executive director of a nonprofit and was more focused on balancing my life to incorporate all the roles God has me in. Bobbi was professional and personable and quickly devised a plan that was doable to help me achieve the goal for which I had sought her help. She was a great mentor and, in the process of working together, became a friend as well. She really cares about the people she coaches. She didn’t just see me as a client or job. She saw me as someone she could pour into and help grow to my fullest potential.
